Review bend radius, hole-to-bend distance, cut features and tool access. Align flat-pattern assumptions with the fabricator’s material and tooling data; define critical dimensions on the formed component.
Joints and Surface Details
Develop welds, fasteners and assembly interfaces alongside the part geometry. For decorative ironwork or profile assemblies, specify sections, joint configuration and surface treatment within the agreed fabrication scope.
Flat Patterns and Production Files
Keep flat patterns, bend drawings and assembly drawings on one revision. Specify units, tolerances, material and finish; agree sample checks with the buyer and fabricator before batch production.

- File formats, deliverables, revisions and acceptance requirements.
Project Scope and Deliverables
The quotation defines the 3D model, drawings, BOM and any required calculations or analysis reports separately. Manufacturing, testing and site services are planned separately as requested.
